Description
Kudo is a mixed martial art with roots in the Japanese ‘Budo’ tradition. Kudo dynamically mixes striking, throws, takedowns,
and grappling. Our training is full-contact but low-impact. This approach lets us train sustainably, intelligently, and realistically.
